1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or your organization ("Client") and Quantology Tech ("Quantology", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to our website (quantology-tech.com), consultations, and enterprise technology services.

By accessing our website or retaining our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Enterprise Engineering & Services Scope

Quantology Tech delivers mission-critical technology solutions including:

• Local & Sovereign AI Engineering: On-premise LLMs, private Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, model quantizations, and autonomous agents.
• Cybersecurity & Zero Trust Architecture: Infrastructure hardening, penetration testing, compliance audits, and secret management.
• Cloud Architecture & DevOps: High-availability Kubernetes clusters, serverless orchestration, multi-region failover, and CI/CD automation.
• Full-Stack Software Development: Scalable web, desktop, and mobile systems built with high-throughput architectures.

Specific deliverables, milestones, and timelines are governed by formal Statement of Work (SOW) documents executed between Quantology Tech and the Client.

3. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership

We believe enterprises should own their code and assets outright:

• Client Ownership: Upon full and final settlement of invoices for a project, 100% of custom code, documentation, architecture schematics, and design assets developed exclusively for the Client transfer unconditionally to the Client.
• Open Source & Core Tooling: Pre-existing open-source libraries, frameworks, or generalized boilerplates used in development remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD).
• Model Weights & Embeddings: Any fine-tuned model weights or embeddings generated from Client proprietary data are the sole property of the Client.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)

Both parties agree that all proprietary business data, trade secrets, server credentials, source code, and commercial negotiations shared during the engagement remain strictly confidential. Quantology Tech enforces stringent internal access controls and executes standard bi-lateral NDAs prior to accessing any client production environment.

5. Warranties, SLAs, and Quality Assurance

Quantology Tech warrants that all engineering deliverables will conform in all material respects with the technical specifications outlined in the governing SOW.

• We provide a dedicated post-launch bug remediation warranty period (as agreed upon in each SOW).
• Enterprise SLA retainers are available with guaranteed response times down to 1 hour for mission-critical infrastructure incidents.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any individual SOWs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved amicably through good-faith technical negotiation, or submitted to the competent commercial courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
